The Problem We Lived

India's startup ecosystem is one of the most dynamic in the world — but the professional services supporting it are fragmented by design. A CA firm doesn't do branding. A law firm won't touch your Google Ads. A marketing agency has no idea what FEMA compliance means. Founders are forced to manage five vendors, five invoices, five different people who don't talk to each other — and somewhere in that gap, things fall through.

We've seen companies miss ROC deadlines because their accountant didn't know the lawyer had restructured the shareholding. We've seen brands built without any thought of trademark protection. We've seen websites go live with zero SEO foundation. These aren't rare failures — they're routine.

Blue Eye & Associates was founded by a Chartered Accountant and entrepreneur with advanced legal training through LLB studies — three disciplines under one perspective, by design. We are CA-qualified, legally informed, and startup-minded. We understand P&L anxiety. We understand regulatory risk. And we understand that a brand is not just a logo — it is a promise.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you fill our consultation or enquiry forms, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the details you share about your business or query. We also collect basic technical data automatically — your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule your consultation, and deliver the services you engage us for. We also maintain records as required by Indian law. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for commercial purposes — ever.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in a secured Google Workspace account accessible only by authorised Firm personnel. Our website is hosted on Vercel with full SSL encryption. We do not store your payment card details.

How long we keep it

Enquiries with no follow-on engagement: 12 months. Active client records: duration of engagement + 7 years, as required under the Income Tax Act, 1961 and Companies Act, 2013.

Your rights

Under India's DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Email us at info@blueeyeandassociates.in — we respond within 30 days.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

All engagements follow a 50% advance before work begins, 50% on completion before final handover. Work does not start until the advance is received. Monthly retainer services are billed 100% in advance each month. Payments accepted via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Cheque. GST at 18% applies on all professional fees. Balance unpaid beyond 7 days of completion attracts 1.5% simple interest per month.

All government fees (MCA, GSTN, RBI, IP India, etc.) are billed at actual cost, separately from professional fees. These are non-refundable once paid to authorities.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel within 24 hours, before work starts — Full refund.

Cancel after 24 hours, before work starts — 75% refund; 25% admin charge applies.

Cancel after work commences — Advance is non-refundable. If over 50% complete, balance fee is payable on pro-rata basis.

Government fees already disbursed — Non-refundable under any circumstance.

Intellectual Property

All deliverables — logos, websites, documents, designs — become your property only after full and final payment is received. Until then, the Firm retains ownership. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.

Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information. Any loss, penalty, or delay arising from incorrect or incomplete information you provide is your sole responsibility. Provide required authorisations, DSCs, and approvals on time — delays on your end extend the timeline. Do not request the Firm to act unlawfully or unethically.

Limitation of Liability

The Firm's maximum liability for any claim is capped at the total professional fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect losses, government penalties for pre-existing non-compliance, or outcomes from third-party decisions such as regulatory approvals or MCA rejections.

Professional Disclaimer

We provide legal documentation and advisory based on advanced legal knowledge through LLB studies. We do not hold a Certificate of Practice as an Advocate and do not represent clients before courts or tribunals. For court representation, engage a practicing Advocate separately.

Confidentiality & Disputes

Both parties maintain strict confidentiality of all engagement information for 3 years post-engagement. Any dispute is resolved first through negotiation, then mediation, and finally binding arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 — seated in Hyderabad, conducted in English. Governing law: India. Jurisdiction: courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
